Driver's License
The Wichita County Treasurer’s Office is a “limited service” driver’s license station. In some cases we may have to refer you to a “full service” station.
With proper documentation we do the following: renew ID cards, renew non-commercial driver’s license, issue driver education instructional permits, issue duplicate replacement licenses, and process address changes. Please call (620) 375-2715 with any questions you may have.
We Do Not process any Commercial Driver License (CDL’s), or issue new Identification Cards (ID's). We do not process any type of renewals or updates if you are a holder of a Concealed Carry license.

Other Fees & Information
- Instructional Permits are issued for 1 year and the cost is $13.00
- Driver license applicants under age 21 receive a license until they are 21 at a cost of $31.00
- Applicants age 21 to 65 receive a 6 year license
- Applicants age 65 and over receive a 4 year license
- Replacement fee for any type of license, permit or ID is $19.00
- Name change on any type of license, permit, or ID is $19.00
- Kansas Driving Handbooks, Kansas Motorcycle Handbook or Kansas Commercial Driver License Manuals are $2.00.
